I've been thinking about going back to school and major in english (and a minor in technology). Why those two? Well there are quite a few things that I could do with them (especially for my video game career as a Designer). It's been way too long since I've been in school...and the hardest part about it is: If I was still in school, I would have been done by next year. So that's 3 years wasted. God I hate myself sometimes.
My IQ is 118, and according to this website where I took an IQ test from Tickle.com people that fall in the 111 to 120 category where they are in college or heading towards their Master's Degree Level. Plus the sites said that "Your Intellectual Type is Precision Processor. This means you're exceptionally good at discovering quick solutions to problems, especially ones that involve math or logic. You're also resourceful and able to think on your feet. And that's just some of what we know about you from your test results." and because of this, I'd be a great manager, teacher, or accountant.
Oh, and in case you're wondering, your IQ = 100(Mental Age/Chronological Age). So since I'm 21, I did the math (118/100=1.18 and 1.18 X 21 = 24.78) so that means my mental age is of a 24 year old. I guess I'm more mature than I thought ^_^ This test really gave me some confidence in going back to college.
What you just read above is an old post draft I created over five months ago and I wanted to reflect on how I view things now. Today (as I'm typing this) is my first day of college in three years (what a hiatus, eh?). Do I still want to be an English Major? No. Now I've thought about doing Web Design, and I hope that my college will support that small dream of mine. What am I expecting out of life? Not much really. As long as I don't expect much, I will be surprised when it comes. Will I continuously type new articles from now on? I have my doubts. This is just out of whim, you could say. I haven't been contacting my friends that much, I only have one. Recently I've moved to a new appartment, my sister has gotten married, and I have found myself liking this new beard that's grown on my face (previously I was into goatees, but as you can see in my updated photo, it's grown). Job? Not yet. Right now I'm just taking things one day at a time, and hopefully that will be enough. What I've found in my life is this; I have no big ambition, just miniature materialistic ones. I've decided to "quit" (more like a small hiatus...I wonder if anyone will notice that I'm gone)one of my favorite web forums for a while until I have two strong feet in my educational feild (I swear, I'm one of the biggest procrastinators), and I no longer have internet access at my appartment, so the only places to actually work is at public libraries where time online is somewhat limited.
Well good day to you all, and I hope everyone will have a splendid night.

Marco,
It seems I have to search the great depths of the internet to find you. I recently left a message for you on Zelda Universe... to no avail. But today, while checking for a response, I noticed a link to this blog. And it had more recent activity. I hope you check this periodically. If so, please contact me. I would love to catch up.
My email is jkbrown@mail.endicott.edu
Also, hopefully you still have my screen name. I have seen you on AIM via Mobile Phone, but I never knew if that was a good way to contact you or not.
It would be great if you could send me a phone number or something. Or if you email me, I can send you my cell number. I'd rather not leave it in this comment (the walls have eyes).
But I'm finishing my last year of school, and working in Cambridge. And according to your Blog Info you are back to school and in/around Boston. So it would be super easy for us to get together. Sorry this was so long winded, but I'm dying to hang out.
Hope to hear from you soon,
Jake
Yo BUDDY!
Glad to hear from you. I'm not that active on ZU, nor on my blog (I usually use my blog for those links I left behind of web comics, sites, and other blogs as my personal "favorites list" wherever I am), but via e-mail I am (I just responded to your e-mail).
I'm glad you didn't respond via AIM, as you know, I'm rarely/never on there, and I was just curious how it would work out on my new cell phone.
I've given you my phone number, and hope we can hang out sometime soon.
It's been a long while since I've been here....
I've thought about doing Web Design
Nice. The code part / the graphical part or both? [Well technically it'll be both, lol]. I'm learning some PHP and other things right now. I installed an apache server on my machine to practice and it's good. :)
Best of luck on your future endeavours Marco. Have a great day! :)
I'm gonna go take that IQ test.
Bet I'll score 26... o.O
Hey, you. Long time no talk. I created a new blog because ever since Google took over I'm not able to login anymore. My old blog was katherineana.blogspot.com, and my new one is katherine-ana.blogspot.com. I know I know, I like to mix things up. I live on the edge, what can I say? Anyway, I re-posted the only two entries I'd had in my old one, and I think it would be really cool if you put the same comments on the new ones. They made me smile :)
Well hope to hear from you :)
